WOMEN'S WELLNESS

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening designed just for women—a time to slow down, reconnect, and restore. This special gathering begins with a gentle restorative yoga practice in the soft glow of candlelight. Through supported postures, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation, you’ll be guided into a state of rest and renewal. Following our yoga practice, we’ll shift into intention setting, creating space for reflection and personal growth. To complete the evening, we’ll enjoy a nourishing herbal tea drink, crafted to enhance relaxation and support well-being. This is a chance to connect with like-minded women in a cozy, welcoming space, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired. Space is limited—reserve your spot today and gift yourself this moment of peace!

Restorative yoga includes a variety of supported seated and reclined body positions. No yoga experience is necessary! Please bring your own yoga mat; a pillow and small blanket is also highly recommended to get the most out of the poses.

$25 per person; meet in the Center for Rural History
